Wide-leg Deadlifts

Using a kettlebell, do 3 sets of 15-20 reps. Keep your back straight, your chest out, and your head looking forward.


Hip Abduction Machine

3 set of 50 repetitions using a smooth, controlled motion.


Walking Lunges with Kickbacks

Perform 3 set of 30 repetitions of Walking Lounges with or without kickbacks.


Step Ups

3 set of 20 repetitions for each left-leg/right-leg cycle. Step up onto a block, bench, step, or other firm elevated surface. Step up in a controlled movement, alternating legs and keeping your back straight and core tight. For extra effort, hold a kettlebell or dumbbells in your hands.
