As a mom, you know that mornings are hectic! And taking care of yourself is probably one of the last things in your mind.
But just because your mornings are busy, it doesn’t mean you cannot squeeze a quick workout to start your day.
Here is a short and fun workout you can do in 7 minutes right before you take your morning shower. It will workout most of the main muscle groups in your body.
And if by any chance you get to have more than 7 minutes for yourself, repeat the routine 2 or 3 times with a few seconds in between to catch your breath.
7-Minute Morning Workout Before Your Shower
- 20 Squats
- 15 Bicycle Crunches
- 10 PushUps
- 30 Sec. Plan
- 10 Burpees or Jumping Jacks
